Dr. George Solomon Gives Orientation Presentation
Associate Professor of Management at GWSB and Co-Director of the Center For Entrepreneurial Excellence (CFEE), Dr. George Solomon led the Pitch George Orientation Session on Tuesday, October 25th.Held in Funger 520, the room quickly filled to capacity and by start time at 5:30pm, there was standing room only. Dr. Solomon outlined the do's and don'ts of elevator pitches and described the components that should be included in a great executive summary.
The 4th Annual Pitch George Elevator Competition will take place Saturday, November 12th, in Duques Hall. First prize winners in the graduate, undergraduate, and high school categories will receive $2,000, $2,000, and $750, respectively--cash prizes are awarded to 2nd and 3rd place as well. Don't miss the submission deadline on Sunday, October 30th at 11:59pm!
